Regulatory notes for buyers in the USA
Drugs imported into the US for commercial distribution must be FDA-approved and made at an FDA-registered facility, and shipments are reviewed by the FDA at entry. Clinical trial supplies move under the sponsor's investigational new drug application (IND). Controlled substances also need DEA importer registration and an import permit or declaration.

Shipping and lead times
Air freight from Mumbai or Delhi to New York (JFK), Chicago (ORD) or other US gateways usually takes about 4–8 days, depending on FDA entry review. Sea freight takes roughly 5–7 weeks. We quote on EXW, FCA, CPT, CIP or CIF terms.
