Regulatory notes for buyers in South Africa

Medicines must be registered with SAHPRA (South African Health Products Regulatory Authority). Unregistered medicines can only be supplied with a Section 21 authorisation from SAHPRA. Importers and wholesalers need SAHPRA licences, and scheduled substances may need additional permits.

We confirm the authorisation you will use before quoting and provide the documents your responsible pharmacist needs.

Shipping and lead times

Air freight to Johannesburg (JNB) usually takes about 3–6 days including clearance. Sea freight from Nhava Sheva to Durban takes roughly 3–4 weeks.

Every order can be followed online with an order ID and access code in our client portal, from confirmation to delivery.

Licensed buyers only. Anzora Global does not sell to individuals or patients. We accept orders only from businesses that hold the licences required in the importing country, and we may ask for copies before quoting.
